– Classification
- Cage dryer: the material is fed into the machine from the top of the tube, the drying compartment has a circulating wind direction system combined with an internal rotating blade from which the material is evenly blown hot air to the end of the barrel to achieve the desired temperature. The necessary drying takes away the moisture inside the food and the moisture is removed.
- Cabinet tray dryer: designed with rotating tray inside, principle of using hot air to separate moisture and dry agricultural products. The drying cabinet is designed with a rotating shaft inside, with drying trays containing the product, the drying tray rotates around the axis to ensure uniform heat supply to all products, after drying, the product is uniform, dry and the quality ensures food hygiene.
– Before peeling onions and garlic, if they are lightly dried to dry the outer skin, when peeling onions and garlic by Tech Garden’s machine, the peel will be removed up to 98%.
– Fast drying time, dry products evenly, moving through the machine peeled garlic peeled increase productivity up by 20 – 50%.
