Dry Material Grinding Machine – Tech Garden

Construction and Operating Principle
- High-speed rotating rotor: Equipped with hammers that generate strong impact forces during rotation.
- Grinding hammers: Made from stainless steel to ensure food safety and can be replaced after a period of use.

The raw materials are finely ground through repeated impacts from the rotating hammers. The material is crushed until the particles become smaller than the screen openings. Fine particles pass through the screen and are discharged automatically or extracted from the machine by an exhaust fan. Larger particles that cannot pass through the screen continue to be crushed by the hammers until they reach the required size.
