– Centrifugal extractor is used to: separate water and oil in food, squeeze dry oil and water out of foods such as onions and onions after frying. Squeeze the residue and water separately for foods such as soy milk, turmeric, grapefruit flesh, soybeans,…

– Material: 304 stainless steel is durable, beautiful, shiny, non-corrosive, resistant to the environment, especially very safe when in direct contact with food.

– The construction has a tripod stand for solid safety.

– Three fixed suspension points have good elasticity, good anti-vibration during opening and when squeezing, increasing the life of the machine.

– The motor is suspended above the ground by a coaxial rotation system and is protected from water and moisture.

– The machine has an automatic balance system that allows to reach a high speed of extracting, helping to squeeze out, dry food.

– Motor rotation speed: 1470 rpm, fast rotation speed, 3-phase motor running 220V directly with inverter to adjust speed, strong and durable motor to squeeze out raw materials, without breaking the product after centrifugation.

– Use a filter cloth bag with fine holes to retain the residue inside, the bottom of the cage has a drainage mouth, the amount of water after squeezing will be drained into this mouth.

– There are many types of capacity: 5 kg/batch (CET5), 10 kg/batch (CET10), 15 kg/batch (CET15)…and made to order.
