CARTON SEALING MACHINE – SEMI-AUTOMATIC TAPE SEALER

a) By Automation Level
- Manual Carton Sealer: The operator must place the carton into the machine and assist during the sealing process.

1. Structure of the Semi-Automatic Tape Sealing Machine
- The machine consists of the following main components:
- Machine Frame: Made of powder-coated steel or stainless steel, ensuring high durability.
- Conveyor System: Facilitates the movement of cartons through the sealing area.
- Tape Sealing Unit: Includes a tape roller, cutting blade, and pressing system to apply the tape securely.

2. Operating Principle
- The operator places the carton onto the conveyor.
- The machine automatically pulls the tape and applies it to the top and/or bottom of the carton.
- The cutting blade trims the tape once the sealing process is complete.
- The sealed carton continues moving out for final packaging.
